NRC Conflict of Interest Declaration

As dedicated professionals, NRC employees serve the public interest, uphold the public trust and demonstrate the NRC values through their personal and professional behaviors.  Employees are responsible for taking action to identify, prevent, report and resolve real, apparent or potential conflicts of interest and conflict of duties situations.  This includes submitting a Conflict of Interest Declaration for all outside employment, or any situation the could give rise to a real, apparent or potential conflict of interest as required by the NRC Policy on Conflict of Interest .

In this Conflict of Interest Employee Portal, you will be able to:

  • Complete and submit your Conflict of Interest declarations,
  • Access COI reports,
  • Learn more about Conflicts of Interests at the NRC, and
  • Submit inquiries through the 'Submit an Inquiry' tab on the top ribbon.
To complete a COI Declaration or submit an inquiry, click to the right of the HOME button. See “My Dashboard” to start a new COI Declaration.
