Whether a political activity could impair, or be perceived as impairing, your political impartiality, depends on factors such as: the nature of the activity; the nature of your duties within the NRC; and the level and visibility of your position.
While the policies of the Public Service Commission (PSC) have been established for the core public service, NRC employees may find it useful to consult the quizzes, videos, and other communications tools offered by the PSC to guide you in deciding whether to participate in political activities and what activities should be declared in accordance with the above.
